Syntaro Portal & Marketplace
From Syntaro Help
This Page will help you to start using and benefit form Syntaro. Syntaro is a marketplace focused on the modern & secure workplace and helps you to fill the gaps of Microsoft Online services.
To access the beneficial modules, you have to signup with a Azure AD Global Admin Account. This is only needed for the first login and is used to connect Syntaro with your Azure AD.
If you own this role, then you are ready to start.
Navigate to the Syntaro Portal.
Do not forget you need to be a Global Admin account from your company Azure AD tenant.
(notice: why and how we use the granted permissions is documented in our Trust Statement)
You need to give Syntaro the temporary permission to connect to your Azure AD to get information to sign the terms in the next step. In our trust document we explain why Syntaro requests which permission.
You then need to accept the online service terms to use our service.
We request a second authentication to ensure the logged on user is still in control.
We request the rights we need during operation. These will also allow non Global Admins to connect to the service.
Now the portal will be setup for you. This process should take only a few seconds.
|Now you have to enter a valid billing address. Without a verified address you are only allowed to use trial subscription. Therefore, we recommend to enter a valid address from the beginning.
As soon you have verified the invoicing e-mail address you are ready to start with trials. In the background, we will also check the validity of the address and approve it for the marketplace.
As an example you can now start with the Application Management Module and add a trial for this module.
Request Trial Subscriptions for a module
In this section you will learn how to buy paid subscriptions for a module.

At the end of the trial period the subscriptions are terminated and if you would like to buy, then you have to go to the marketplace again and buy the subscriptions you need. Keep in mind to do that before the trial subscriptions expire to not loose your content generated during the trial period.|
And you are ready to go, the module appears in the navigation bar on the left side and you see the subscriptions you onw in the marketplace.
Buy a module
Navigate to the marketplace and select the module which you would like to use.
Scroll down and click on the Buy Button

The invoices are sent to the E-Mail address specified in the tenant configuration. If you require to include your VAT number on the invoice, you have also the possibility to specify it. We will only apply VAT for Swiss customers. All other customers are responsible to pay import and VAT taxes on their own.
